The gently rolling landscape is ideal for a relaxed e-bike tour: special highlights are the chapels along the way, but also the ride over the Ruswilerberg with its view of the Alps and lakes. After about the first third of the route you will pass the shore of Lake Sempach and then for the last few kilometers the road leads along the shore of Lake Zug.

The route shown here leads in a loop between Buttisholz and Sankt Ottilien via Untergattwil and Mittelarig. There is a fantastic view of Lake Sempach along most of the trail. However, the original route of the Luzerner Kapellenweg leads directly from Buttisholz to Sankt Ottilien. This is a unique way to discover and experience part of the history of the Canton of Lucerne.
