The Winchester Green Circle Trail, although not quite finished, can be walked or biked in its current state. The best place to start is near Wilkins Lake a.k.a. "the Duck Pond" at Shenandoah University or the Abrams Delight - Winchester Visitors Center. There is plenty of parking in this area, but you can start the trail anywhere along the loop that is convenient.
