This trail runs along the east side of La Salle River. To access the trail, from Pembina Highway turn into St. Norbert Provincial Heritage Park and follow the trail on the east side of the highway to La Salle River where you can cross the highway. This trail is used primarily for mountain biking but can be used for hiking and running. There are lots of switchbacks along the trail but they are all easy to navigate. There is a nice path runs in between railway tracks and the river.

Located right at the junction of Red River and La Salle River, St. Norbert Provincial Heritage Park is an excellent trail to enjoy nature and learn about the history of métis family life during the 19th century. To access the trail, from Pembina Highway turn into St. Norbert Provincial Heritage Park.
