Almost only on hiking trails, trails and dirt roads. Very little road. Beautiful landscape. It is better not to drive on Sundays and public holidays, as too many pedestrians are on the way (parts of the Neanderlandsteig). Attention, in April 2020 there were a few trees across the stretch between Panorama-Radweg and Asbrucherstraße -> The bike has to be lifted over. The path is exhausting, but easily manageable for experienced bikers. Expenditure of time about 2 hours.
