The start of this route in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park is located at the southern parking lot of Lac de Longemer near Xonrupt-Longemer in the Vosges department. Very nice hike with difficult and even dangerous passages, especially in autumn. Some rocks to climb and two sections with a cable to grab for your safety. Not recommended for children, dogs and uninformed walkers.
