The trail starts at Zug train station and takes one through the city. It goes through Arbach and Inwil down to Baar and then further on paved roads to Cham. In Cham, the path continues along the shore of Lake Zug to Zug and then back to the train station. This route leads along paved roads and is suitable for a jog or a bike ride.

This path starts at Zug train station and this path leads along the shore of Lake Zug. Through the Eielenwald forest it goes through the forest up to the Zugerberg hill. Then it goes through the Lorzentobel and one follows along some small watercourses to come down again to the train station in Zug. It is a terrain, partly rocky, without much shelter, where you are exposed to the sun, especially in summer. So please don't forget to bring adequate sun protection and water.

It comes through Hausen am Albis, Mettmenstetten, Sins and on the shore of Lake Zug it then continues through Cham to Zug. Along the path one can relax and enjoy on the shore of the lake after this longer tour. What a wonderful experience.

This fantastic tour next to Lake Zug is a pleasure. The path goes to the Vordergeissboden and Hünggigütsch. Beautiful views all the way. The Zugerberg is a leisure oasis which offers many opportunities to experience a short break. The Hünggigütsch Pass is located at an altitude of 1,034 meters above sea level.
