This is counted among the Katzenseen, which are a little further to the west. It then continues through several fields to Rümlang and along the babbling Glatt via Glattburg back to the starting point.

A nice bike ride from Zurich east and south into the hilly parts of the canton. The weather is mostly very good and the roads are in perfect condition. The final climb to the Bachtel is pretty strenuous for anyone behind, but the view was worth it. There is also a coffee house in Sitzberg which is a great place to stop and enjoy the apple strudel. The panorama on the shores of Lake Zurich and on Lake Greifen really pays off.

The trail starts in Oerlikon at the train station and leads through the city of Zurich. It moves along paved roads and can therefore be covered best by taking the bicycle out for a spin. The trail passes along the river Bihl, which it crosses even after that which offers beautiful sights over the river. It can be considered a nice tour to get to know Zurich a little better.
