Hiking through Skurugata, an about 800 meters long gorge, is a magnificent nature experience. From the viewpoint, the 337 meter high Skuruhatt which is one of the highest peaks in Småland you get a magnificent and unforgettable view of the countryside. There are also plenty of benches to rest on. From the parking lot to Skuruhatt, the road is wheelchair accessible. Solid shoes and thick sweaters are recommended for a climb through Skurugata.

The Höglandsleden winds its way through the Småland highlands and offers deep forests and cultural history. The Höglandsleden begins north of Gnosjö and extends in an easterly direction to Mariannelund. The trail is a total of 440 km long and divided into 6 sections. The hiking trail is marked in orange and signposted with a square blue sign with two hikers in the middle.
