Keep in mind: this route crosses the borders between Brazil and Argentina, so you will need to have the corresponding documentation. This pleasant driving route starts from Côlonia São João towards Foz Do Iguaçu and then crosses from the Argentine side to Puerto Iguazú and continues in the direction of Iguazú Falls. Along the way you can enjoy views of the beautiful landscapes that surround the Iguazú River and that are part of the ecosystem of the Iguazú/Iguaçu National Park.

The Poço Preto Trail is an optional tour that is inside the Iguaçu National Park, on the Brazilian side, conducted by the company Macuco Ecoaventura. This trail is only accessible through a tour guide. You will cross the path on foot, by bicycle or by electric car, then you will take a boat to navigate the Iguaçu River, and then you will complete the journey by kayak.

If you are visiting the Iguazú National Park area, a walk through the Iryapú forest is really worthwhile. The forest is located within the Reserve and has an extension of approximately 600 hectares, with trees over 400 years old. Its name means "distant sound of water" in the Guarani language and invites you not only to enter a rich ecosystem but also to learn more about the native communities that inhabit it.

This is a nice walk along the waterfront of the city of Puerto Iguazú, which is located on the Argentine side of the so-called "triple border" and at the junction of the Parana and Iguazú rivers. The walk begins in San Martin Park and goes around one of the main avenues until taking the avenue that goes along the entire waterfront, which is traveled while enjoying nature and the landscape and visiting points of tourist interest and various monuments.
