The path is clean and the connection between Vitiana and Tereglio is partly unpaved and partly asphalted. When the forest is less dense, you can have breathtaking views of the Val Fegana. From Tereglio, the CAI path 9 leads just above the Orrido di Botri nature reserve, up to the locality of Casa Cerecchio.

A demanding excursion by bicycle proceeds in a loop starting from Fornoli, near the parking lot near the Lima Stream. From here, it is possible to go along the stream until it reaches the crossroads, where the itinerary proceeds counterclockwise, passing the hamlet of Bagni Caldi, Corsena, Guzzano, San Gimignano, and Cappella. The tour around Monte Prato Fiorito (1293m) and Monte Coronato (1217m) begins from here.

This route takes you to the Croce di Brancoli, in the locality of Gignano di Brancoli, built in 1594 as a watch tower. From here you can admire wonderful views over the Lucca plain, the Apuan Alps, the Middle Serchio Valley, the Apennines and the Tyrrhenian Sea up to the islands of Capraia and Gorgona. In 1944 it was destroyed by the Germans during the World War and then rebuilt, higher and in reinforced concrete, also reusing the stones of the old cross. Along the way, pass by Foce al Lupo...

Excursion departing from Borgo a Mozzano, starting in the direction of Catureglio. Continue passing through Cune and continuing up to the church of San Bartolomeo, and up to Monte Bargiglio. Continue along the Tagliata di S. Cristina until you reach the small church of the Alpini. You return passing through Santa Cristina, La Rocca and Pieve di Cerreto until you reach Borgo a Mozzano.

An excursion departing from Borgo a Mozzano, in the parking lot in Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi. The first part of the route begins along the railway road up to Località Monte. Proceed towards Catureglio crossing the river, continue crossing the Rio Secco until you return to Borgo di Mozzano.
