The hiking route Ründeroth-Oesinghausen leads through extremely varied landscape, which is also called "Pearl of the Aggertal". The trails are well developed and require no special hiking experience or exceptional equipment. On the route, there are always aggars with barrages, which primarily serve the production of electricity, but now also provide a habitat for a variety of waterfowl and fish. On the way there is also a lookout tower from which you can observe the alpacas of the region.
