This scenic and road cycling route joins two neighborhoods of the popular city of San Carlos de Bariloche through National Route 40 (RN40), the San Francisco neighborhood, and Malvinas Islands. It is a truly pleasant tour that is done enjoying the dreamlike landscapes of the Patagonian hills.

Beautiful Circuit of Double Crossing of the Andes. This route begins in Bariloche and crosses several lakes: Nahuel Huapi, Lake Rupanco and the beautiful Lake Llanquihue. It can be done by road bike over several days, stopping to eat and sleep in picturesque villages or as a scenic drive. It offers many stunning views.

Cerro Carbón is located to the south of the city of Bariloche and with its 1580 masl offers excellent views of the city and Lake Nahuel Huapi. It is quite a popular site for both hiking and mountain biking and snowshoeing. The path to visit it ascends the slopes and, on this route, descends another slope covering a kind of circular route. It can be enjoyed throughout the year but it is important to bear in mind that depending on the season there may be snow along the way and a lot of wind.

A tour of the south of Bariloche, ideal for cycling, largely following the RN40 ring road, crossing the Arroyo Ñireco and passing by the Cerro Carbón Urban Nature Reserve. It is advisable to do this tour outside rush hour in order to avoid traffic on the route.
