Symi Harbor to Nanou Bay (Λιμάνι Σύμης - Όρμος Νανούς) This interesting course connects the port of Symi in the north of the island with Nanous Bay to the east, exploring the inner mountainous part of the island. The route starts from Symi and follows the road network on the eastern slopes of the hills. Arriving at the chapel of Panagia, the route changes course and follows, a downhill difficult path to the east that heads to Nanou Bay and Beach. There is also the chapel of Agios Panteleimon.

Symi - Pedi (Σύμη - Πέδι) From the Chorio neighborhood of Symi, the route heads east on a gentle course with a downhill slope towards the sea and the seaside village of Pedi. The route passes through the small valley with sparse and low vegetation that extends to the beach. The view of the surrounding bare and rocky hills and the sea is very beautiful.

Chorio to Agia Marina (Χωριό - Παραλία Αγίας Μαρίνας) From the enchanting capital of Symi Island and the Chorio district, the road heads north-east to follow the road to Pedi Beach. From here, it continues along the path on the north coast of the bay to the small picturesque beach of Agia Marina with crystal clear waters. Opposite the beach, at a very near distance, there is a small rocky island with the chapel of the same name.

Symi Harbour to Saint Nicholas Beach (Λιμάνι Σύμης προς παραλία Αγίου Νικολάου) From the picturesque port of Symi, the route crosses Chora and ascends to the Chorio district. There the route turns eastwards and is directed to the coastal village of Pedi. Following the coastline, the path leads to the beautiful, sandy beach with fine gravel of Agios Nikolaos. At the edge of the beach is the small chapel of Agios Nikolaos. The beach can be reached either on foot following the path or by boat.

Symi - Windmills - Symi Castle (Σύμη - Ανεμόμυλοι - Κάστρο Σύμης) This beautiful route takes place in the settlement of Symi. It starts from the northwest of Akti Pavlou and following the coastal road of the port, turns right and starts to ascend to the hill Noulia to the east.
