This is a multi-use paved surface trail that is adjacent to the route of Highway A1A on Amelia Island, Florida. It is a nice route through the beautiful barrier island. This trail travels through a dense forest to a breathtaking viewpoint at the beach. There is limited parking in this area and users suggest getting there early to avoid crowds. Nesting shore birds, marine life, magnificently strewn driftwood beach, and black rock appearing spodosols make this a unique hike.

This is a multi-use trail that is projected to connect Amelia Island to Fort Caroline in Jacksonville. A new addition to the long list of outdoor activities here in Northeast Florida. All parking areas offer paths to the beach and access to the main multi-use trail. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beach.

This is a wide and flat walk through Cedar Point Preserve that features a shaded path through scrub palmettos and old pines. There are sections through a marsh that can be muddy and flooded after heavy rainfall- waterproof shoes are recommended. There are many opportunities to view wildlife and local flowers along the way.

This loop is in the Cedar Point area of the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve, which is not to be confused with the nearby Cedar Point Preserve. Enjoy the change in scenery as you approach the creeks and observe many of the local wildlife in the area. There is also a red trail, extending from this blue trail, for those who wish to extend their hike.
