A relatively easy walk within the Whian Whian State Conservation Area, located in north east New South Wales, in between the famous Byron Bay and Nimbin. This out and back route begins and ends from Nightcap Range Road. The trail itself is mostly along a reasonably well maintained fire trail, leading you out to a beautiful area by Rocky Creek and back again.

A great option if you're camping at Rummery Park campgrounds, located not too far west from Byron Bay, New South Wales. From the campsite at the end of Peates Mountain Road, begin by following Boggy Creek Walk alongside Repentance Creek. There are some nice little swimming spots in some upper sections and some lovely picnic areas including Minyon Falls Picnic Area. From here you'll follow the Eastern Boundary Trail back to where you started.

A great day trip on mostly fire trails out to Goonengerry Waterfall where the relatively newly instated national park gets its name from. The tracks can be soggy during wet season so good footwear is recommended. Along the loop you are treated to lush native bush and some great views as you peak through the forest.
