Hike to the picturesque cascades, called Łomniczka Waterfall. The trail begins in the center of Karpacz and is marked in yellow. The trail leads through Wilcza Poreba, to the entrance of the Karkonosze National Park, and further through the vast Łomniczka Valley. On the way there is the mountain hut Schronisko PTTK Nad Łomniczką. Due to weather conditions, this trail may be closed in certain sections and rerouted. Picturesque trail that leads to the atmospheric Czech mountain hut Jelenka. The route leads from the center of Karpacz through Wilcza Poręba and Krucze Skały. Further on a forest path through Sowia Dolina climbs to Sowia Przełęcz. The last section leads along the Giant Mountains ridge to the hut. Return by the same route.

The route of the MTB bicycle race to reach the highest peak of the Giant Mountains. The route starts at the promenade in the center of Karpacz and ends at the top of Śnieżka at an altitude of 1603 meters. Amazingly scenic trail leading to Skalny Stół, which is the highest peak of the Kowarski Grzbiet. The trail starts at the forest parking lot at Krucze Skały and runs through the picturesque Sowia Dolina and Sowia Przełęcz. The summit is at an altitude of 1282 meters. Descend towards the settlement of Budniki, and continue along the Tabaczana Ścieżka to the beginning of the trail. Entrance to the Karkonosze National Park is subject to a fee.
