Most beaches are not long enough to have the time to relax, except the Lakeside Beach Trail. The path runs entirely on a majestic golden beach on the shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. To reach the beach access, you will follow the Lakeside Beach Road until its dead end. You will find a small parking area where you will station your vehicle at this parking area. From there, the beach is a couple of metres away.

Unfortunately, the St. Peters Harbour Lighthouse Trail will only offer views of the dunes from far away because the beach near the site is protected. The path is easy with almost no elevation, and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and the famous lighthouse. To reach the trail, you will follow the Lighthouse Road until it reaches the parking area of the lighthouse.
