This is a beautiful trail but it can get very narrow and muddy. This trail is directional for bikes - it's a good idea to check posted guidance at the trailhead before heading out if you are on a mountain bike. Accessibility: There do not appear to be any designated accessible spaces in the paved street parking off of Poppy Avenue at the west end of the trail. The trail begins and ends at the El Moro Visitor Center just north of the Crystal Cove State Park Campground. There is a parking fee here. This loop provides visitors with a tour of the El Moro Canyon, then climbs over 800 feet in elevation to the ridgeline, where some of the best coastline views in the park can be seen.
