This loop begins by passing the popular swimming area Diana's Baths. This is a great place to stop and cool off on the way back to the trailhead. The approach up Red Ridge is steeper than the approach up to Moat Mountain, so hikers can choose which direction they travel on the loop to ascend or descend Red Ridge. There are some creek crossings on the trail too, so hikers should be prepared to potentially get their feet wet.

Overall good trail with amazing 360 views at the top. The route begins on the Diana's Bath Trail before meeting the Moat Mountain Trail and branching off onto Red Ridge Trail. Diana's Baths is a series of small waterfalls, pools, and cascades that is typically very busy in the summer season. It is a great place to cool off after a hike though!
