From San Miniato descend into Val d'Elsa and, with a flat route, arrive in Castelfiorentino. Immediately afterwards begins the climb that leads to the Pieve a Chianni, in the rectory of which a beautiful hostel has been created, and to Gambassi Terme. A marvellous route, quite hard lacking road-houses. From San Miniato, after an hour walk along the asphalt road, enter an extraordinary track among hill crests in Val d’Elsa. During the Sigerico route you meet two submansiones: the Pieve of Coiano, in bad conditions, and the Pieve in Chianni, which parsonage is a hostel. An anti-clockwise circular cycle route, partly on a road and partly on a path. You start by crossing the Fucecchio Marsh until you reach Ponte Buggianese. From here continue towards Montecatini Terme and subsequently Serravalle Pistoiese. You start along the Novelle stream up to Monsummano Terme, and then you follow the path to return to the starting point.

A bicycle itinerary departing from Marcignana, starting to cross the Arno river. Continue on the provincial road passing through Cerreto Guidi, Massarella and from here along the Padule di Fucecchio up to Anchione. From here you cross the stream and then continue passing through Montecatini Terme, Canfittori, Marliana, Piangioli, Poggio Ponticelli and finally arrive near Poggio di Valdinazzi.
