Long ring dedicated to the Quaternary plain reclaimed in the twentieth century, to the 7 hills of the tertiary sector with similar toponymy (Palls, Pallotta, Pallots, Palatis, Cravest, Col di Mezzo, Col Vaita) and then return to Sequals after visiting the ruins of the Castle of Solimbergo and the equally famous Dente Bertin. In Sequals it is worth stopping to visit the house of Carnera, the world famous boxing champion, both for the initiative itself and for the care of the museum to counter...

A fantastic route in the beautiful nature near the Tagliamento River. It begins at the Holiday Center in the Municipality of Flaibano in the Sant'Odorico area and leads through woods and meadows, along the Tagliamento River to Dignano. Then it continues towards Bonzicco and Sant'Odorico al Tagliamento along the Roggia Sant'Odorico. It returns to the starting point by passing Redenzicco.

Long ring on the left bank of the Cellina river in the section before its confluence with the Meduna river. Departure from Cordenons, cross the Biotope of the Magredi del Cellina passing through via Pololedo, travel a stretch on the left bank, join that of the Meduna and continue until you turn to return to the place of departure.
