This is a pleasant walk that from San Marco reaches the Dolina Cento Pozzi (650m), a very particular area characterized by sinkholes that flood with the rains. Once these were used as water cisterns and often the rain forms seasonal lakes for a few weeks. This sinkhole is a true oasis for wildlife and for numerous species of reptiles and amphibians. A pleasant excursion that takes place in a loop in the Bosco Difesa di San Matteo, starting from the Convent of San Matteo Apostolo.
