This is a pleasant walk that from San Marco reaches the Dolina Cento Pozzi (650m), a very particular area characterized by sinkholes that flood with the rains. Once these were used as water cisterns and often the rain forms seasonal lakes for a few weeks. This sinkhole is a true oasis for wildlife and for numerous species of reptiles and amphibians. A pleasant walk on the Tremiti Islands, reachable by ferry from the ports of Peschici, Vasto, Vieste and Rodi Garganico.
