From Aigle, through the vineyards, you quickly reach a 13th century castle. Continuing on the coast, between vineyards and forests, you arrive at Ollon. After Antagnes, you continue for a short section on the Gryonne, to the Rhône, which you will follow to Massongex and Saint-Maurice, which has been a stopover for pilgrims heading towards Rome since the Middle Ages.
