Walk by the Sierra Vista Trail heading north, in about 4.2 miles you will turn to your left still by the Sierra Vista Trail (do not turn to your left at the post trail sign located before the 4.2 miles), in about 0.4 of a mile you will turn to your right leaving the Sierra Vista Trail behind. Hike up a beautiful canyon to a hidden cave in the mountains. Please call the park office to arrange a cave tour if wanting to enter the cave. About halfway up the canyon, you will cross the TX state line. At the top of the trail, look for a trail to the left that continues uphill. Look for the cave near the top.
