With the Klarendalpad you explore the Klarendal district, a typical Arnhem working-class district. The district is filled with special architecture, cultural history and countless trendy shops and cafes. In the middle of the district is the Klarendal windmill, a monumental windmill. You walk through alleys, along courtyards and across squares to the most beautiful places in the neighborhood.

Beautiful cycling route starting from the heart of Arnhem deep into the Veluwezoom. On the first part of the trail you ride along the IJssel through Rheden and Dieren. Near Laag-Soeren you enter the Veluwe, where you drive through the woods and heaths to the famous Posbank. Quite a few challenging hills await you in the Veluwezoom. The route runs via cycle junctions on good cycle paths and is suitable for every type of bicycle.
