Very nice track for a long excursion. The descent takes place in Sonceboz-Sombeval shortly after Biel and in the Chasseralet nature park in the direction of Tavannes, Glovier, to end in Basel city center. You will cross several typical villages, rivers and small lakes.

This bike tour starts at the main station in Basel and leads out of the city via Birsfelden, a place just outside of Basel. There the patha also crosses the river Rhine. It then continues along smaller roads through the area around the Dinkelberg mountain towards Schopfheim and then continues to Schönach in the Black Forest. This easy and flat route starts from the train station in Basel Stadt. The path goes in the direction of the Rhine river to enjoy the power of the water. Then it goes over the bridge where the Käppelijoch is located. The Käppelijoch is located on the Middle Bridge in Basel. The chapel stands on the pillar called Bärenfelserjoch. It's in the middle of the bridge. The path then goes along the banks of the Rhine and you take a second bridge to get to the starting point.

This is a very long cycle route which will take several days. The adventure takes place mainly in the green and wooded mountains of the Jura.
