This is a lovely riverside trail. It is clean and well-maintained, with lots of things to see along the way. Accessibility: There are 4 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lot off of West Royal Boulevard at the north end of the trail. All of them are van-accessible with striped access aisles. The trail surface is paved concrete for the northern portion and turns into packed gravel from about 3.7-6.8 miles. It is typically at least 8 feet wide. There is a painted dividing line...

This trail begins at Camel's Back Reserve and connects to the Kestrel Trail near Red Cliffs Nature Center. It finishes off with beautiful views of downtown Boise atop Camel's Back Reserve. It's an awesome route for a hike, a run, a bike ride, or even a leisurely meander! Make sure to bring plenty of water and sun protection.
