This route is particularly good for MTB and starts at Bulle station. After a short time on the road, the trail enters the Foret de Bouleyres at La Tour-de-Treme and then crosses the La Sarine River into the beautiful countryside of Vanil Noir Park. You drive over a few peaks and then also drive through part of the Gruyère Pays d'Enhaut Natural Park. A very varied tour over many peaks and through many villages.

This is a great route for mountain bikers and also hikers. The path begins in Bulle, crosses the Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut Regional Nature Park and winds around the Alm de La Chia. The climb arrives at the Cabane des Clés (13374m) where there are beautiful views of the park, an ideal place to rest. The descent passes through the village of Le Pâquier, where one can visite the monastery Le Carmel, founded in 1626. This is a great bike route through a forest around the La Berra massif, symbolic mountain of Fribourg. There are short passages on a gravel roads where there is a risk of slipping due to the stones. The highest point of the tour is Hauta Chia (1458m) with an alpine refreshment bar and a superb view of the Gruyère Park. The descent is on a paved road which passes in front of the monastery of the Chartreuse de la Valsainte and along the lake Gruyère.

This is a great mountain bike or e-bike route around the Berra (1719m) famous summit of the Friborg Pre-Alps, and that also passed by the Lac de la Gruyère, the Château de la Riedera, Cousimbert, and the Valsainte. There are plenty of mountain huts along the trail for taking breaks. The Charterhouse of Valsainte is a monastery of Carthusian monks which dates from 1295.
