This stage is a bit long and quite steep, starting from the beautiful town of Cangas de Onís, using part of the GR 105 route. This section runs along tracks and trails that are easy and simple to follow, to later enter the National Park. Leaving the GR, the route continues along mountain trails if it is too difficult except after the rainy season, as they are too muddy. Excellent views throughout the tour.

A beautiful route starting from the Municipal Sports Pavilion in Cangas de Onís passes through the Chapel of Santa Cruz "The altar of victory". and circulates the valley around the town. This route leaves from the outskirts of Cangas de Onís, from an exit of the AS-114 road. During the tour, you pass through wide dirt lanes that go up the mountains until they become paths in the upper part. The landscape changes from the forests to the rocky areas and in the high parts there are spectacular views. On the route you pass through the Ríu Seya through Villanueva, Llueves, Celango and Cardes.

Long route with a slope of 743 m. After crossing the city of Cangas de Onís and arriving at La Capilla de San Antonio, the ascent to the Següencu viewpoint begins, from where we will take the descent towards the town of Nieda and continue to Narciandi, to arrive again at Cangas de Onís down Calle Covadonga and to the Chapel of Santa Cruz.
