The starting point is the car park at the Crans Cry d'Er gondola lift in Crans. The path first crosses the Crans-sur-Sierre area and the Forêt des Tsans forest. It goes along small paths through the area of the bisses (Bisse du Ro). This is a network of historic irrigation canals. The Grand Bisse de Lens is also nearby. This outing is located on the Crans-Montana Aminona ski area and is named the 1000+. The course is signposted with the number 4. This beautiful course offers you exactly 1000m of positive elevation. It includes two routes (the 2 and 3) to arrive from Crans at the top to Bellalui which is located at an altitude of 2,543 m.

A fantastic ascent hike in Crans-Montana in the Rhone Valley. The trail starts at the Crans valley station and leads past the Lac de Chermignon (1574 m) and up the Chemin de Cry d'Er to the Cry d'Er (2258 m). It offers a fantastic panorama of the Wildhorn, Les Diablerets and all the way to the Matterhorn. The Bisse du Rho (or Rô) is spectacular, with dizzying crossings. The route connects Crans-Montana to the top of the ski lifts called Cry d'Er. This hike is not recommended for people afraid of heights, as the bisses run along a ridge with an impressive view into the void.
