The exit from Geneva is a bit crowded, as in all large cities. From the border to Annemasse (5.5 km), it's a little quieter. Before Bonneville turn right and slowly begin the ascent along the Bonne - a beautiful valley, the slope is not too steep. Then you will reach the Col des Aravis with a first view of Mont Blanc after about 60 km. A beautiful gorge leads to Flumet.

This route is mainly done with a road bike but backpacking is also an option.

The trail leaves from the main train station then winds slowly down to the river to visit the meeting bridge between the two rivers, Rhône and Arve. From this junction and the magnificent bridge, the path then continues through the forest to the Butin bridge and the Lignon footbridge. You get a great insight into this exciting culture and natural landscape.

This fantastic circular hike leads along the Rhone through the beautiful city of Geneva in the canton of the same name. The path starts at the Quai du Seujet, and first crosses the Pont de Saint-Georges, then continues along the banks of the Rhone through a beautiful forest. At the Passerelle du Lignon, the route crosses the Rhone again and returns to the starting point via Aïre.
