This is the Cooper's Falls Trail which runs along the Trans-Canada Trail. It offers beautiful scenery with lots of varied terrain. Throughout you will encounter scenic forest, lakes, ponds, rivers, cliffs edges and rocks. There are also two lookout spots with benches. Every once in a while there are some signs to let you know that you are going in the right direction.
