This route starts from Kasarmitori and passes through Tähtitorninmäki to Kaivopuisto. The route hooks through the delegations past the Mannerheim Museum. The journey continues along the shoreline through Meripuisto, and returns via Johannenpuisto back to the starting point. Along the route there are several churches, a work of art, a statue, and a monument. The distance varies between parks and cityscapes.

This route goes through the coastal cities of southern Finland from Helsinki to the Russian border. The route starts from the Helsinki railway station and goes through Kalasatama to the northeast. Along the way are Söderkulla, Porvoo, Loviisa, Siltakylä, Kotka, Hamina, and Virojoki. Along the route there are forest and field landscapes, as well as suburbs and urban areas. There are several services in the towns, and there are also rest stops and shelters along the route.
