This route goes through the coastal cities of southern Finland from Helsinki to the Russian border. The route starts from the Helsinki railway station and goes through Kalasatama to the northeast. Along the way are Söderkulla, Porvoo, Loviisa, Siltakylä, Kotka, Hamina, and Virojoki. Along the route there are forest and field landscapes, as well as suburbs and urban areas.
