Chora - Agios Ioannis Prodromos - Pyrgos (Χώρα - Άγιος Ιωάννης Πρόδρομος - Πύργος) The route starts from Ios Chora and ascends east to the mountain of Pyrgos. The route passes next to the Gaitis - Simosis museum and continues east going up the rocky slopes of the mountain. The view to Chora, the sea and the wider area is simply fantastic. Ios Chora - Profitis Ilias (Χώρα Ίου - Προφήτης Ηλίας) The beautiful route starts east of Chora and specifically from the Windmills area, from where starts the trail 3 to the east. This is the old road used by the islanders, which is clear and smooth, with dry stone paths, heading towards the chapel Profitis Ilias. Chora - Kastro Hill (Χώρα - Λόφος Κάστρο) A lovely walk in the amphitheatrically built Chora, above the port, among the cobbled streets, the white houses and the scattered elements of the ancient city. The route leads to the church of Panagia Gremiotissa, built high up in a prominent spot. The route ascends a little higher up the Kastro Hill, to the church of Agios Georgios and that of Agios Nikolaos, at the highest point. The view to Chora and the sea is panoramic and amazing.

Ios Chora - Mersina - Milopotas (Ίος Χώρα - Μερσίνα - Μυλοπότας) From Chora of Ios, the route heads east, crossing the southern slopes of Profitis Ilias. Reaching above the Ios reservoir, the route enters and follows the road to the south and then to the west, around the Mylopotas basin. The route reaches the Mylopotas Beach and the settlement itself, before arriving to the starting point.

Chora - Agios Prokopios - Agia Theodoti Beach (Χώρα - Άγιος Προκόπιος - Παραλία Αγία Θεοδότη) A beautiful route that starts from Chora and heads northeast along the old path that used to connect the town to Agia Theodoti Bay. The route crosses terraces as it proceeds along the dry stone path and continues to the Agios Prokopios chapel.
