Moria - Thermi - Thermi Gorge (Μόρια - Θέρμη - Φαράγγι Θέρμης) This cycling route starts next to the Moria Refugee Camp, and heads northwest to the Monastery of St. Raphael and the gorge of Thermi. It passes mainly through continuous olive groves and after reaching an altitude it continues through beautiful pine forests. After passing the Thermi Spa with its thermal waters and Thermi beach, it changes direction and heads southeast to the city of Mytilene.

Moria - Roman Aqueduct Loop (Μόρια - Ρωμαϊκό Υδραγωγείο κυκλική) This beautiful and easy route starts from the village of Moria and heads southwest, passing through the rural area between small hills and meadows with low vegetation. The route mainly follows the local dirt roads and paths of the area, making a circular course. It passes the impressive Roman Aqueduct, which lies to the south, very close to the village. Mytilene - Agios Georgios - Charamida Beach (Μυτιλήνη - Άγιος Γεώργιος - Παραλία Χαραμίδας) Cycling route which starts from the center of Mytilene and heads southeast to the southernmost tip of the Amali peninsula, Cape Agrilia. The route follows the main provincial road, which runs mainly along the coast, passing all the coastal settlements and the airport, on the east side of the peninsula, with ample views of the sea and the opposite Turkish coast.

Mytilene - Ano Chalikas - Rachi - Profitis Ilias (Μυτιλήνη - Άνω Χάλικας - Ράχη - Προφήτης Ηλίας) The route starts south of Mytilene, passes the settlements of Ano Chalikas and Rachi and begins to ascend through a pine forest to the top of Profitis Ilias. Throughout the course, the images from Asia Minor, the Gulf of Gera, the mountains of Lesvos are magnificent. The route does not reach the Prophet Ilias, but passes him to return to the starting point.

Mytilene - Skala Loutron - Charamida (Μυτιλήνη - Σκάλα Λουτρών - Χαραμίδα) Large cycling loop in eastern Lesvos, starting from Mytilene.
