This is an easy to follow and well maintained trail that crosses over some small brooks along the way. You will also pass by a series of maple trees tapped for maple syrup production. Per the Adirondack Land Trust, please begin your hike from from home/accommodations, from a designated parking space on Mirror Lake Drive, or from a municipal lot. This is a very short but enjoyable trail through woods and then up onto a rocky outcrop with a nice view. Great hike for kids - streams to enjoy, woods and a very fun rock scramble with a rope to help you up. The views are great for such a short hike.
