Beautiful tour in the forests of the Lantsch region and its Ela nature park. This tour crosses the Val Meltger suspension bridge and is therefore an exciting experience. The steep ascent to the suspension bridge begins at the tarred road. Then they meet at a narrow path to Vasternos to a lonely alpine hut. A forest road leads down to the next junction where the road leads up again until you cross the largely dried-up mountain stream at Runcalatsch. From there it is only down to the starting...

The trail starts in Lantsch in the middle of the mountain settlement and then it goes past Brienz/Brinzauls. Passing the Belfort castle ruins, we continue down to Surava. The castle ruins are clearly divided into an upper and a lower castle. The mighty square keep is probably the oldest part of the complex. Belfort is first mentioned in 1222 as the property of the Barons of Vaz. A great tour.

Challenge route of the Swiss Mountainpower Challenge (today Alpenchallenge). Driven in 2002. Extremely demanding route with massive gradients. The 16% gradient from Alvaneu Bad to Alvaneu Dorf has not been part of the program since then.

Very nice tour from Lain across the area to Lenzerheide and Sporz to Lenz/Lantsch and back via Alvaschein. This tour is located in Ela Nature Park. Enjoy the view of the mountains and the wilderness. Children can also follow along here, as the trail offers a lot of variety and occasionally leads past watercourses.
