The green valley offers beautiful views and a wonderful walk. After the Berkel you walk to the Nettelhorst and De Heest estates. Via 't Overlaar, the Lochemse Enk and the historic center of Lochem you walk back to the train station.

The route leads to Huis Verwolde via the village of Exel and the surrounding countryside. You walk back to Ampsen on quiet country roads, where you end the walk with a visit to the Sterrenbos.
