The route starts from a parking lot trailhead close to the public outdoor skating rink and skateboarding area, and meanders some great historic and natural areas through London. What a pleasant nature adventure beside the Thames River. This is a very popular outdoor area, and there are multiple parking areas along the trail. The route is very well marked and maintained, following a mix of paved and divided trails and gravel trails. There are quite a few viewpoints and interesting bridges to see here, and this is a very popular birdwatching area.
