For those who want a longer hike, this trail extends along the Florida Trail, next to the Withlacoochee River. Bug spray is recommended due to the number of bugs present in the warm months.

This short and lovely trail takes visitors to an old cemetery from the mid-1800s. The trail is wide enough to accommodate hiking and biking traffic. This route features well-maintained trails with great outlook areas. There are clean bathrooms at the trailhead and nice picnic areas for the family to enjoy.

During wet months or periods with heavy rainfall, the trail can become flooded and impassable at points. Along the way, you will see giant cypress trees, a limerock ravine, and beautiful views of the river. There are a couple of nice boardwalk crossings and the path is well-shaded with trees that line the route.
