A bicycle excursion that starts from the Melfi railway station and continues in the direction of the Vulture Regional Natural Park. The route takes place in a counter-clockwise loop, passing by the Forest Refuge and Monte San Michele (1262m), then reaching Atella and continuing the stretch up to the Vonchia stream. Return to the starting point passing through Rionera in Vulture.

The route runs in a clockwise loop and begins by entering the Vulture Regional Natural Park, passing by the Forest Refuge and proceeding to the Monte Vulture Refuge. From here, follow the road to San Giorgio di Melfi and then continue on the provincial road which returns to the starting point.
