There are many opportunities to view wildlife and local flowers along the way. Users report that there are slippery bridges across streams and one section of trail that goes through an overgrown section of underbrush.

The route is not very well-marked and downloading the route beforehand to navigate is suggested. The scenery changes quite a bit along the route and there is a handful of elevation changes. There are not many views along the trail, however, there are many opportunities to view wildlife and wildflowers.

This is a nicely shaded route that travels mostly along a paved path. There are beautiful viewpoints along the way, especially by Lake Esther where visitors can stop and relax by the water. Spur trails and connectors are available for those who wish to extend or shorten their route. This park is also conveniently located next to shopping areas within walking distance.
