To the south of the center of Parikkala is Likolampi, and a lighted fitness trail runs around it. Based on the name, you wouldn't guess that Likolampi has beautifully clear water. There is a swimming center on its shore with a children's pool separated by the pier. The route starts from Likolampi swimming pool. As a fitness course, the route is wide and has a solid base. In winter, the route is a groomed cross country ski trail.
