The Tabebuias Environmental Protection Area holds the last remnant of coastal swamp forest in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro and a fragment of "dry" Restinga, which was once abundant. The trail is carried out within the reserve, located between important avenues in Rio, and it's short in length, passes through forest areas, encounters lakes, and offers beautiful images along the way.

The trail of the Municipal Natural Park of Marapendi - Canal da Joatinga is located in Rio de Janeiro. The park is an environmental reserve with 150 hectares of natural landscapes, in addition to a native restinga and mangrove ecosystem. The path has irregularities in the relief, is long and has incredible views of the local flora and fauna.

Trail located in Baixada de Jacarepaguá, RJ. Morro do Amorim was listed for its architectural, historical and cultural importance and has an altitude of 14 meters. The route passes through areas of forest, lagoon and has a panoramic view of the region. The route is ideal for hiking and mountain biking.

This trail starts at Estrada da Boca do Mato, which is in the Pedra Branco State Park, considered one of the largest urban natural parks in the world. The route follows the trail of Pedra da Rosilha until reaching the rock that bears the same name as the trail. After that, the trail turns around and follows the Trilha da Rosilada to Camorim and further along the Caminho do Nogueira until reaching the waterfall. The return doesn't take long and takes the Estrada do Nogueira.

The Pedra Branca State Park is an environmental conservation unit located in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The Park is considered one of the largest urban forests in the world, covering 12,500 hectares. The trail starts near Estrada da Boca do Mato, and follows the forest through a long mountainous stretch. The path offers beautiful views of Morro Dona Vitória, and ends at Açude do Camorim.
