This park and its woods , creeks, and rivers, are some of the best parts of the entire area. Walking and hiking through here, it's easy to forget you're in the middle of a large urban area. If you're lucky while hiking through here, you might spot some deer, and during the right times of year you can hear lots of birdsong, though it's too often drowned out by freeway and airplane noise.
