Route on asphalted roads, ideal as a cycling route or a good running route (easy to shorten if necessary). You start from Hillegersberg, from where you ride through the Lage Berge Bos to Berkel en Rodenrijs. You drive through horticultural areas to Zoetermeer, with the Benthuizer Plas as the most northern tip of the route. The way back leads through Moerkapelle and Zevenhuizen, with a final visit to the Eendragtspolder.

The Prinsenpark is one of the city parks of Rotterdam, a nice park for an evening walk or a run. In the park there are several ponds and a square island with a monument that you can visit.

The Ommoordse Veld is an old original polder located between Ommoord and the Rotte. The area consists mainly of meadows and today serves as a city park. With this route you make a nice round through the fields, groups of trees and countless rivers. You walk a bit on the quay along the Rotte. This route also takes you past the petting zoo, playground and cafe.
