The trail begins in Schwellbrunn at the parking lot and then continues through the cultural landscape through the Risiwald. Then it continues past Risi and then through Ghör and Sägenbach and then over the Wissbach. It then continues down to Schwellbrunn via Rötschwil. Then you continue through the Ghöregg area.

The trail leads through the tour with "Stüpfi", the small, agile hedgehog. The beautiful hike begins in idyllic Schwellbrunn, the highest town in Switzerland. The start and end point is the small wooden house in the large public car park in Schwellbrunn. The circular route can be walked in both directions. Wonderful views of the Säntis open up along the way. This trail can be a bit muddy after a few bad weather days.

The trail starts in Waldstatt at the train station. One can especially enjoy this tour by bike, as the trail leads on paved paths and roads. Then after about seven kilometers one reaches the Urnasch river and one is able to take a break here. Then it continues until just before Hundwil, to then return to Waldstatt.

From Waldstatt, this trail leads right through the cultural landscape. The best way to do this tour is by bike. One follows the Urnasch river and moves around it on the edge of Stein and Niederteufen until the trail finally reaches Teufen. From there one can continues by train. This trail can be a bit muddy after a few bad weather days.

The trail begins in Wilen at the train station and then crosses the cultural landscape. Climbing to the Polishöchi peak at 996m and goes up the Nieschberg hill, the ups and downs are particularly pronounced. One gets great views of the hilly landscape, the Alpstein peak and the surrounding villages make up for the effort. And when spring is in full bloom and the birds are chirping, the journey becomes a pleasure for all the senses.
