Around Spili (Γύρω από το Σπήλι) A short route that starts from the village of Spili and climbs eastwards, following the road to the small plateau. The route reaches it, turns west and, passing a small chapel, enters a path that descends sharply down the green rocky slope to the village. Very beautiful view of the fertile valley and the scattered villages in this semi-mountainous area of the Cretan countryside.

Gerakari - Spili (Γερακάρι - Σπήλι) From Gerakari on the Gious Kambos Plateau, between the peaks Kedros to the south and Soros to the north, the route heads west, descending gently from the rural road that crosses the plain. Reaching Koupos hill, at the westernmost end, the route descends sharply down the slope of the Kissanos stream to then head northwest and end up at Spili, on the outskirts of this mountain complex.
